Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To subject a galvanized steel sheet to a surface treatment by which production of black stains can be prevented even when the galvanized steel sheet is coated with a quick-drying oil and subjected to deep drawing work under a severe condition such as high speed continuous working and by which the corrosion resistance can be improved. SOLUTION: A surface-treated film in which the stuck amount is 0.05-10 g/m2is formed on the galvanized steel sheet by applying a surface treating liquid which contains 5-50 parts by mass of an epoxy-group-containing silane coupling agent and 0.2-10 parts by mass, in terms of vanadium metal, of a vanadium compound to 100 parts by mass of lithium silicate having an atomic ratio of Si to Li of 1-4 and which is substantially free from resin, wax and chromium compound, to the galvanized steel sheet, and then heating and drying the resulting galvanized steel sheet.
