Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide membrane separation activated sludge treatment equipment capable of preventing deterioration in membrane filtering performance in a low water temperature period such as winter. SOLUTION: In the membrane separation activated sludge treatment system for waste water composed of: a biological treatment tank 1 of subjecting waste water to activated sludge treatment; and a separation membrane 4 of filtering water in the tank, so as to be discharged as treated water, the inside of the biological treatment tank 1 is provided with a fine bubble feeding means 7. Further, a circulation line formed between the biological treatment tank 1 and the separation membrane 4 installed at the outside of the tank may be provided with a fine bubble feeding means. The fine bubbles have a diameter of 50 nm to 100 μm, and have an effect of increasing biological activity, thus deterioration in membrane filtering performance in a low water temperature period can be prevented.
