Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein when processing a food dough for bread, pizza or the like, powder is scattered to the surrounding at the kneading of powder with liquid, a workbench to be bumped is required at kneading up, a production site is limited from the face of facilities and the face of hygiene, and the food dough can not be produced at everywhere by everyone. SOLUTION: A dough raw material in the interior of a container is kneaded and kneaded up by charging the whole raw materials required for forming the food dough into one container, hermetically sealing the container and shaking and beating the container by adding force to the whole or a part thereof from the outside. The raw materials is swelled in the interior by fermentation, and the finished food dough is discharged to a required position by the pressure. By the method, the powder and the liquid are not leaked to the outside, and the dough can be easily produced at everywhere by everyone without requiring the workbench for the kneading up.
