PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information regarding an aircraft to be recognized by any person in an airline company, an aircraft-using business enterprise or the like, other than installation personnel of airline monitoring radar or the like. SOLUTION: A receiving system means receives broadcasting wave from a mode-S transponder mounted on the aircraft, decodes the message of reception radio wave, and extracts the information regarding the aircraft. The reception system means transmits the extracted information regarding the aircraft to a server means constructing a database via the Internet. The server means collates the pieces of information regarding the aircraft transmitted from the respective reception system means, and carries out filtering-processings to construct the database. Since a user, having a display means, is contracted in advance regarding information provision, accesses the server means by using the display means, reads the information regarding the aircraft, according to the contract in from the server means, and displays the information on a display screen, as required.
