PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the molding failure caused by the leak of a resin material by obtaining a certain sealing effect at the time of molding of a skin material wherein cloth is laminated on a skin base material. SOLUTION: The skin material 3 is formed by laminating the decorative cloth 5 to a part of the skin base material 4 and subjecting the terminal part of the periphery of the cloth to bending molding along with the skin base material 4 to form a rib 7 becoming a recessed groove shape from the surface side of the skin of the skin base material 4 to the back side thereof so as to depress the terminal part of the periphery of the cloth 5 from the surface of a general part 5a. This skin material 3 is molded using a mold 8. A sealing excess part 6 is pressed to a sealing projection 10 by a holder 12 simultaneously with the filling operation of a urethane resin material having to become the skin base material 4 to fill the space having to become the skin base material 4 with the urethane resin material.
