PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toxic chemical gas removal method of an air conditioning machine, which improves removal rates of the toxic chemical gas and at the same time, extends the useful life, the air conditioning machine, and a toxic chemical gas removal filter. SOLUTION: The air conditioning machine 11 is provided with the toxic chemical gas removal filter 10 carrying out an adsorption and decomposition of the toxic chemical gas, and an energy generating portion to desorb the toxic chemical gas adsorbed to the toxic chemical gas removal filter 10. The toxic chemical gas removal filter 10 is provided with an adsorption part 6 adsorbing the toxic chemical gas, and a decomposition part 7 decomposing the toxic chemical gas adsorbed with the adsorption part 6. The toxic chemical gas removal method of the air conditioning machine 11 comprises an adsorbing process of adsorbing the toxic chemical gas to the toxic chemical gas removal filter 10, and a decomposing process of decomposing the toxic chemical gas adsorbed to the toxic chemical gas removal filter 10.
