SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the transparent conductor by irradiating light on a transparent conductive material containing conductive particles, a photo-setting material, and a photo polymerization initiator and hardening the photo-setting material in the transparent conductive material; an irradiance of light in the transparent conductive material is to be 5 W/cm2or more.
