SOLUTION: When rhythm game execution processing (S7) is started, a timing marker 45 to be moved on an operation timing reporting part 40 is displayed on the basis of timing marker data on a first liquid crystal display 3. The timing marker 45 is moved to a timing line 43 stipulated by judgement reference data on the basis of one of a "positive direction" and a "reverse direction" determined by moving direction data included in the timing marker data. Together with the arrival of an operation timing relating to the timing marker 45, the timing marker 45 reaches the timing line 43, and an input button 70 to be operated and its operation timing are reported to a player.
