PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polymer and a polyolefin-based flexible pipe used in a mining field of oil or gas. SOLUTION: The flexible pipe for off-shore has a sealing layer comprising layers (1) to (3) in the following order: an inner layer (1) composed of at least one thermoplastic polymer (A), a co-extruded bonding layer (2) used if needed, and a polyolefin layer (3). The flexible pipe according to another embodiment has a sealing layer comprising layers (1) to (5) in the following order:an inner layer (1) composed of at least one thermoplastic polymer (A), a co-extruded bonding layer (2) used if needed, a polyolefin layer (3), a co-extruded bonding layer (4) used if needed, and an outer layer (5) composed of at least one thermoplastic polymer (B). The present invention further relates to the flexible pipe having the sealing layer and its use for transporting fluid such as oil in the off-shore and gas in the mining field.
