Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping device for a cutting device for preventing a cut object from carelessly moving at the time of cutting by surely clamping the cut object, when a long cut object with an uneven cross sectional shape, especially a chemical shell is mechanically cut by a round-saw cutting device into an appropriate size. SOLUTION: A workpiece W is put on a platform 32a of a trestle 32, and is brought into contact with a holding face 33a of a receiving plate 33. Under this condition, a hydraulic cylinder 35 is actuated, and a pressurizing part 34 mounted to the tip of a piston rod 36 is pressed to the workpiece W, so that the workpiece W is pressed to the platform 32a and the holding face 33a. A pressurizing face 34a of the pressurizing part 34 is inclined relative to a moving direction of the pressurizing part 34. A straight line passing through a contact point of the pressurizing face 34a and the cut object W and orthogonal to the pressurizing face 34a is passed through an intermediate of the contact points of the cut object W, the platform 32a and the holding face 33a, so that the cut object W is pressurized by the platform 32a and the holding face 33a.
