Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone set, whereby a user of a hearing aid need not to apply attachment/detachment operations to the handset of the telephone set when using the telephone set, and the user of a hearing aid uses the telephone set without being recognized of the use of the hearing aid by other people. SOLUTION: When the user of the hearing aid 3 lifts the handset 2 at the arrival of a call to the telephone set, a speech control section 7 of a main body 1 of the telephone set transmits a received voice signal to a near field wireless communication section 11, from which the received voice signal is transmitted to a near field wireless communication section 32 of the hearing aid 3, and an earphone 33 of the hearing aid 3 outputs a received voice.
