When measuring reflectivity from the substrate side, the integrated value A of the reflectivity in the area of a wavelength 500 to 600 nm of the image recording layer before recording the visible images on the image recording layer and the integrated value B of the reflectivity in the area of the wavelength 500 to 600 nm of the image recording layer after recording the visible images satisfy the relation of an expression (M1):A<B.
