PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target management support system which allows participation of users who have a variety of senses of achievement with a target management support system, is easier to manage, and is capable of long-term support of the target achievement, regardless of properties of a person. SOLUTION: The target management support system includes an information terminal for a user to input information via a network, a money amount storage means for storing data inputted from the information terminal by the user, a target numerical value storage means, and a management server for managing the transmission counts of communication information sent from the user. Only when the transmission counts of the communication information has reached the target value within a period inputted as period data, the information terminal displays an explanation as the screen information that the money amount stored in the money amount data is returned to the user.
