Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly transmit master cylinder pressure to a wheel cylinder as brake pressure by sucking a brake liquid into a master cylinder even during stepping on a brake pedal even if air is mixed into a pipe. SOLUTION: When a difference of an actual M/C stroke length L detected by a stroke sensor 9 and a stroke length LS presumed from a current value of a motor 5 is larger than a threshold KS, oil amount compensation control for performing M/C stroke return by a returning current I2 of the motor and a returning period T2 is repeated. Thereby, pumping operation by the electric device is enabled and the M/C pressure can be certainly transmitted to each W/C even if air is mixed into the brake pipe. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
