Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for discharge disintegrator preventing such a situation that a high tension current caused by discharge leaks to the outside of disintegrating objects via reinforcements and the disintegrating objects. SOLUTION: This electrode is provided with a rod-like inner conductor 2, a cylindrical insulating part 3 provided on the outer periphery of the inner conductor, and an outer conductor (an outer cylindrical conductor 4; a floating electrode 6) provided on the outer periphery of the insulating part, with a discharge part 33 formed at one end part, and is provided with a heat shrinkable tube 35 having insulation property on the outer periphery of the outer conductor for covering the outer periphery.
