PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device etc., which is employed for an electrophotography system such as a copying machine, a facsimile machine, and a printer and removes residual toner, the cleaning device etc., being compact and low-cost while characterized in that cleaning performance for the residual toner is kept excellent for a long period of time and discharge products can be removed sufficiently enough not to bring about a problem in terms of picture quality.
