PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new anti-allergic constitution-strengthening agent usable with a safe material applicable to medical treatments and foods, etc., by a simple and easy method for administration and to provide an anti-allergic constitution-strengthening food and drink. SOLUTION: The anti-allergic constitution-strengthening agent comprises a water-soluble polymer fraction as an active ingredient. Furthermore, the water-soluble polymer fraction is obtained from a fermented material prepared by treating soybeans, wheat or processed materials or by-products thereof with a mold or an enzyme produced by the mold.
