Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device which can be easily designed compared to a case where a single light transmission body is shared among a sealing member, a lens and a phosphor. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a first light transmission body 3 made of a light transmission material and sealing an LED chip 2; a second light transmission body 4 for refracting a light emitted from the first light transmission body 3 to control light orientation; and a third light transmission body 5 consisting of a light transmission material containing a phosphor material for converting a light of the LED chip 2. Since a suitable material and shape can be independently selected for each of the first light transmission body 3 having a function of a sealing material, the second light transmission body 4 having a function of a lens and the third light transmission body 5 having a function of a phosphor, design is easy compared to a case where a single light transmission body is shared among a sealing member, a lens and a phosphor.
