Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an image information processing apparatus to add desired characters when obtaining outputted image information. SOLUTION: The image information processing apparatus includes: a character window output part 14 for outputting a character window to which characters accepted by a character input accepting part 12 have been outputted, while moving the character window to a position which is based on an instruction to move the character window, the instruction which is accepted by a character instruction accepting part 11; an area designation window output part 16 for outputting an area designation window while moving the outputted area designation window according to an instruction to move the area designation window, the instruction which is accepted by an area designation instruction accepting part 15; an area image acquiring part 19 for acquiring, according to an instruction to acquire the image information which is outputted to an area within the area designation window; and an output part 20 for outputting an image acquired by the area image acquiring part 19.
