Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic system enabling a vehicle to fully acquire information, even when the vehicle has already passed, while during acquiring of the information from one traffic light, and enabling pedestrians, bicycles, wheelchairs, or vehicles to pass safely. SOLUTION: The traffic system transmits information of the traffic light between traffic lights 20, 21, 22, 23 and the vehicle 18 by using an optical communication. The vehicle 18 comprises a traffic light selection means for selecting one among the plurality of traffic lights to perform the optical communication and an on-vehicle light signal transmitting/receiving means for performing optical communication with one of the plurality of traffic lights.
