Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device which is not opened/closed when developers are replaced and can collect the developer without spending manufacturing costs of a new tool. SOLUTION: In the developing device having a developing sleeve 42, a first chamber 44 which stores a first rotating carrier 46 for supplying the developer to the surface of the developing sleeve 42 by conveying the developer in the axial direction of a developing sleeve 41 while rotating and a second chamber 45 which stores a second rotating carrier 47 for conveying the developer to the opposite direction to the first rotating carrier 46 while rotating and has a toner supply port 49, the first rotating carrier 46 extends to the downstream side from the edge of the developing sleeve 42 in the direction for conveying the developer, the second chamber 45 projects from a main body 41, it is further provided with a developer discharge port 50 at a lower part of the developer main body 41 and the developer discharge port 50 is engaged into or screwed with a bolt.
