Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface temperature measuring apparatus or the like capable of making its structure compact and precisely measuring a surface temperature of a metallic body. SOLUTION: The surface temperature measuring apparatus 100 comprises: a radiation temperature indicator 1; a first reflector 2 which is disposed between a light receiving section 11 of the radiation temperature indicator 1 and the surface of the metallic body M being a temperature measurement object, so as to be opposite to and approximately in parallel to the surface of the metallic body M; and a second reflector 3 being disposed so as to reflect thermal radiation light R which is radiated from the surface of the metallic body M and reflected between the surface of the metallic body M and the first reflector 2 alternately, toward the light receiving section 11 of the radiation temperature indicator 1.
