Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible gear joint and its manufacturing method capable of performing accurate and rapid precision machining while securing the service life in a working tool for forming a gear. SOLUTION: In the flexible gear joint, external tooth gears 3a provided on rotary shafts 1 and 2 can move to an axial direction of internal tooth gears 4a provided on a sleeve 4 in a predetermined amount, and the external tooth gears 3a can be tilted to an axis of the internal tooth gears 4a in a predetermined angle, and the rotational force is transmitted between the rotary shafts 1 and 2. A chamfered shape angled is provided on an outer end face of the internal tooth gears 4a provided on the sleeve 4 or both of the outer end face and an inner end face thereof.
