Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of precisely controlling a speed of a carrier and safely running at the time of passing through a strut in an operation of an aerial tramway at the time of strong winds. SOLUTION: In an operating device automatically operating based on an operation speed pattern stored in a control unit, a certain strut is commanded to the control unit and inputted, so as to create the operation speed pattern for a deceleration operation, and to automatically deceleration-operating at the strut position when the carrier is automatically operated.
