Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish light weight and cost reduction of a vehicle body frame. SOLUTION: In the rear wheel suspension device 18 for the motorcycle provided with the vehicle body frame in which a main frame 32 is extended from a head pipe to a rear side of the vehicle body and above an engine along a center of vehicle width and the main frame 32 is further bent and downward extending to a pivot shaft 38 for supporting a swing arm 45 for supporting a rear wheel behind the engine, a rear cushion unit 47 is connected to the swing arm 45 and the main frame 32 side through a link mechanism 48 comprising a vehicle body side link 84 connected to the main frame 32 side and a swing arm side link 82 connected to the swing arm 45 side. It is arranged such that the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body side link 84 is nearly along a lower part of the main frame 32, or more specifically a longitudinal direction of a lower straight part 32.
