PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouthpiece part mounting structure of an overflow pipe improving work efficiency in mounting to a washbowl without exposing an opening of the washbowl to the inside. SOLUTION: A mouthpiece part 21 of the overflow pipe 6 mounted to the opening 5 of the washbowl 1 comprises a mouthpiece part body 22 and a mouthpiece tip part 23, and the mouthpiece tip part 23 is formed in cylindrical shape having a flange 24 at one end. The mouthpiece tip part 23 is fitted into a sleeve material 25 from an outer side face 1b of the washbowl 1 so as to enlarge the diameter of the resilient sleeve material 25 to press it to the inner edge 5a of the opening 5. The sleeve material 25 is formed in tapered cylinder shape comprising flanges 25a, 25b at both ends to hold the outer side face 1b and an inner side face 1c of the washbowl 1, and the outer diameter S of the sleeve material 25 at the flange 25a on the outer side face 1b side is formed in the same size as the diameter D of the opening 5.
