Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 5'-nucleotidase-resistant derivative of immunopotentiating inosine-mono-phosphoric acid that has more larger immunopotentiating activity, higher stability and resistance to 5'-nucleotidase. SOLUTION: This invention relates to 5'-nucleotidase-resistant inosine-5'-monophosphoric acid and a method for producing the derivative and inosine-5'-monophosphoric acid is chemically changed to a compound represented by formula (I) (wherein R is selected from the group consisting of an alkyl, an alkoxy and secondary amino compound) and the biological activity of the inosine-5'-monophosphoric acid is allowed to retain in vivo.
