Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the treatment of a dog having tumor by using dog's lymphocytes and also to perform the production, culture and freeze-preservation of a treating preparation. SOLUTION: The activated lymphocytes obtained by activating/amplifying canine peripheral blood lymphocytes by combining a solid-phased anti-canine CD3 antibody with interleukin-2 (IL-2) and further preferably the solid-phased anti-canine CD3 antibody with human interleukin-2 (rIL-2), is administered to a cancer patient dog. Thereby, the clear contracting effect of dog's tumor is observed, also no severe adverse effect is observed, and the improvement of QOL (quality of life) such as the extension of walking distance by bracing up, the improvement of hair gloss, etc., is observed.
