Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet gripping transportation device not generating folding, crack and rubbing on a sheet constituting a bundle of sheets when the bundle of sheets is gripped at both ends. SOLUTION: The sheet bundle gripping transportation device has a pair of gripping part for gripping both ends of the bundle of sheets and transferring the sheet to a predetermined position while gripping both ends of the bundle of sheet by the gripping parts. The gripping part is inclined according to deflection by own weight of the bundle of sheets when the sheet bundle gripping transportation device is lifted up and both ends of the bundle of sheets are gripped in the gripping part is inclined according to deflection of the bundle of sheets.
