Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell unit which can recover efficiently exhaust heat of an exothermic element installed in a power feeding circuit and suppresses large size and increase of weight of the unit by simplifying the structure. SOLUTION: The fuel cell unit comprises a fuel cell to generate power by being supplied with air and fuel, a power feeding circuit (for example, inverter) to supply power to an electric load, an exothermic element 50 (for example, transistor) installed in the power feeding circuit, and a cooling water pipe 42 installed near the exothermic element 50. A thermal conductive resin 54 is filled between the exothermic element 50 and the cooling water pipe 42. That is, the exhaust heat generated by the exothermic element 50 is transmitted to the cooling water in the cooling water pipe 42 through the thermal conductive resin 54. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
