Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent time variation of heat exchange efficiency by maintaining the constant amount of water discharge of drain water to heat exchangers without increasing the workload of a motor for driving a fan. SOLUTION: Drain water W produced in each of an indoor heat exchanger 1 and an outdoor heat exchanger 2 and stored in a base pan 3 is sucked up from the base pan 3 using pumps 10a, 10b. The drain water W is led to an outdoor water storage tank 12a and an indoor water storage tank 12b through conduits 11a, 11b and discharged to the indoor heat exchanger 1 and the outdoor heat exchanger 2 from the lower parts of the tanks.
