Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of improving the printing durability. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor 1 is obtained by stacking, on a conductive support 11, an organic photosensitive layer 14 formed by stacking at least a charge generating layer 12 and a charge transport layer 13. In the organic photosensitive layer 14, diamond-like carbon is dispersed and contained, in such a way that the concentration is stepwise increased from the conductive support side 13a as going toward the surface side 13b, whereby the frictional coefficient of the outermost surface of the organic photosensitive layer 14 can be reduced, without accumulating charged potential.
