Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the chattering of a pair of display retaining relays which occurs alternately. SOLUTION: Detection switches (162b, 161b) and keep relays 122 ((162a, 161a) and 124) are connected in series to a power source. When a grounding device is switched from an off-state to an on-state or from the on-sate to the off-state, the on/off-states of the detection switches are reversed, to activate one of the keep relays so that the on/off-states of the relay switches are reversed. When a pair of detection switches are in normal operation, either of two conduction paths constituted of with a pair of the detection switches are necessarily opened. Thus, even if one of the detection switch fails, no chattering phenomenon occurs that the pair of the keep relays are activated alternately as long as the other detection switch is in normal operation.
