Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure camera-shake correction for minimizing deterioration in the image quality by prioritizing the camera-shake correction at all times. SOLUTION: When a blur detection section 91 activates camera-shake detection, the correction by a blur correction section 92 is started and exposure is implemented. When the exposure is finished, a maximum correction amount is compared with a preset limit correction amount, when the correction amount is the limit correction amount or below, a photographed image is ordinarily read and ordinary image processing is implemented. When the correction amount exceeds the limit correction amount, a segmentation range of an image determined by an exceeded amount is obtained and the segmented image is stored as a photographed image. Then the number of photographing pixels and a focal distance are calculated on the basis of the segmented range and the calculated result is displayed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
