Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily focus a small-diameter camera. SOLUTION: The small-diameter camera has a lens optical system which images light from a subject, an imaging element 61 which is arranged at a specified position on a base member 55 and converts the subject light imaged by the lens optical system into an electric signal, and a cover part 45 which holds the lens optical system and covers an incidence end side of the lens optical system, and further has a lens barrel 54 which is not fixed to the base member 55 and a cylindrical member 42 which is arranged to cover the lens barrel 54.
