Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transfer heat of a surface heating element to a radiation body, and to carry out comfortable radiation heating by uniform heating of the radiation body. SOLUTION: A corrugated plate 3 is arranged on a backface of the radiation body 6, the surface heating element 5 is interposed between the radiation body 6 and the corrugated plate 3, the surface heating element 5 is pressed onto the radiation body 6 by a corrugated shape of the corrugated plate 3, and a back part of the corrugated plate 3 is held by a reinforcement plate 2 attached to an air-conditioner main body 1. The whole face of the surface heating element 5 is surely pressed thereby onto the radiation body 6 by the corrugated plate 3 to be brought into close contact, and the radiation body 6 is effectively heated thereby to radiate radiation heat effectively.
