PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having not been subjected to a release-treatment which is suitable for a sterilizing treatment or the like, and also a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesives tape having not been subjected to a release treatment, which is manufactured by sequentially laminating base material having not been subjected to a release treatment and a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the manufacturing method thereof are characterized in that, on at least the surface of the removable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing an acrylic oligomer and/or a plasticizer in the range of 30-700 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of a crosslinkable functional group-containing acrylic polymer is formed and in that the adhesive strength of the removable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in accordance with JIS-Z-0237 is a value in the range of 5-400 cN/19 mm.
