Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch gear enabling a user to confirm names of switches without increasing the movement of a line of sight. SOLUTION: This switch gear is furnished with a display part 34 provided on an inner mirror of a vehicle, the switches 31 to 33 provided on the inner mirror 3 and to which functions are corresponded, a hand shading sensor 2 to detect that the user intends to operate the switches 31 to 33 and to output a detection signal to show that the user intends to operate the switches 31 to 33 and a display indication part 12 to display the name of each of the switches 31 to 33 out of the switches 31 to 33 on a display part 34 when the detection signal is output.
