Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow removing tool capable of efficiently and safely removing the snow accumulated on a sloped roof, even from a distant position with a minimum work movement. SOLUTION: A bucket 15 has a tip end part 53 with a narrow lateral width and a rear end part 54 with a wide lateral width, a shape not allowing surplus snow to enter into the bucket 15. The high side plates 17a, 17b in particular provided on both sides of the bucket 15 reduces the chances of overflow of snow over the bucket 15. Furthermore, a partitioning plate 18 and a rib 19 cut and separate the snow entered into the bucket 15 to enable smooth discharge of the snow. The snow reaching the rear end part 54 turns up with the inner surface of an R back plate 21 formed integrally with the back plate and turns down in the tip end part 53 direction of the bucket 15 and is pushed down to the edge of the eaves. The snow removing tool is equipped with a device for adjusting the angle of the bucket 15 and an expansion/contraction device 11 for adjusting the length of a handle, and furthermore includes a hook bar body 26 for dropping icicles and a bar body 25 for hooking to prevent fall of a worker from a roof.
