Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel input system combined with a touch panel and a card for producing an event affecting on the progress of a game. SOLUTION: When a player places a card formed with holes or notches of prescribed shapes on the touch panel of this game machine and executes an input operation along the holes or notches, this game machine detects the input operation, determines whether the input operation to the touch panel is the input operation executed using the card or not based on the detected input tracks and determination information for determining whether the input operation is executed along the hole parts of the card with the card placed on the touch panel, and produces the event according to the determination result.
