Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive method of a solid-state imaging apparatus for suppressing a noise component. SOLUTION: The leading (trailing) of a CLK1 and the trailing (leading) of a CLK2 are designed to be caused in the same timing, and the trailing of a R, the leading of the CLK1 and the trailing of the CLK2 are designed to be caused in the same timing. A column selection control signal Hn is delayed from the CLK1, the CLK1 and then applied to a column selection transistor by a boosting operation or the like in a shift register. With respect to a timing of t=2, a time difference between the trailing timing of the R for resetting a signal line 108 and a signal storage capacitor 105n and the leading timing of a signal Hn+1 for selecting a succeeding column is caused to prevent a malfunction such as the resetting of the signal Hn+1 in the timing of t=2 by the R. It is possible to suppress diving noise and coupling noise imposed to the signal line 108 by clock signals by overlapping the trailing timing of the CLK1 with the leading timing of the CLK2 in the timing of t=2.
