Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management and printing device which generates efficient and accurate scheduling in preparing a large quantity of printed matter and also make efficient and accurate scheduling even if a failure occurs to an arbitrary device or an interruption job is generated. SOLUTION: The information management and printing device is provided with; a means which analyzes a due date of an object job; a means which confirms information on the object job; a means which determines whether a loading space is to be used in a printing process; a means which analyzes a printing loading space to be used; a means which refers to information on a processing power of a printing process device; a means which analyzes a processing time of the printing process device; and a means which analyzes a reservation state of the printing process device. By this, when a large quantity of printed matter is produced, efficient and accurate scheduling is made and efficient operation is attained, while considering a high operating rate is maintained by ensuring a loading space required for each process device.
