Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device capable of having a simple construction and facilitating the locking operation. SOLUTION: The lock device is so constituted that it is movably guided in the longitudinal direction vertical to a front plate in a lock box, the front end has a latch bolt 4 used for a dead bolt energized to the direction projected from the front plate 5 and that the latch bolt 4 can be pulled in the lock box by an inside handle 3 and an outside handle 2, on the other hand, a cylinder lock 22 is put on the inside of the interlocking end of the outside handle 2 and, at the same time, an interlocking piece 23 extended in the direction of the radius is fixed to the inside end of an inner cylinder of the cylinder lock 22, on the other hand, an interlocking groove 24 is formed in the inside of the bottom section of a guide block 21, and the interlocking piece 23 is engaged with the interlocking groove 24 in the case of locking.
