PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for amplifying the concrete strength of a concrete structure not by depending on the strength amplification by hydration of a not yet hydrated cement. SOLUTION: A gas or a liquid forming a solid by reacting with a cement hydrate is prepared in an adequate concentration effective for strength amplification corresponding to the gas or the liquid, making the gas or the liquid penetrate into voids of concrete in the whole part or the surface layer part of the concrete structure, producing a reaction product of the cement hydrate and the gas or the liquid to fill the voids of the whole part or the surface layer part of the concrete structure to densify the texture.
