PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseptic filling method using a can container which can be resealed with a cap, for easily sterilizing internal and external surfaces of a neck mounted with a cap without problems in sterilizing the surfaces by spraying a bactericide and drying with hot air. SOLUTION: The aseptic filling method includes steps of sealing a can body 2 with a neck and a can bottom opened at the opening end of the neck with a peelable sealing lid 5, spraying the bactericide to the internal and external surfaces of the can body in an approximately aseptic atmosphere thorough processes (B and E), drying to remove the bactericide with hot air through processes (C and F) to sterilize the internal and external surfaces of the can body, then filling sterilized contents from the can bottom of the can body which has been sterilized through a process (H), sealing the can bottom of the can body filled with the contents with a sterilized bottom lid 4 through a process (J), and thereafter putting the cap over the sealing lid on the neck of the can body which has been filled with the contents and sealed.
