Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure predetermined fire preventive-resistant performance by using a woody material for an outer wall; to easily update an outer wall finishing material; and to take into consideration even a construction material of its backing material. SOLUTION: The backing material 4 composed of the woody material is arranged as a backing of the outer wall finishing material 2 composed of the woody material, and this backing material 4 is formed by laminating laminated lumber having the plate thickness of 10 mm or more in at least three layers. Thus, the backing material 4 secures the thickness of 30 mm or more, and provides the predetermined fire preventive-resistant performance.
