SOLUTION: A composition for coating a surface of the oral environment or the hard tissues comprises a polymer comprising a repeating unit of (A) 1-80 wt% of a polar or polarizable group, (B) 0-98 wt% of a modifying group and (C) 1-40 wt% of a hydrophobic graft polysiloxane chain with a molecular weight of at least 500.
