SOLUTION: A surface member 4 having an opening 3 capable of storing a beverage container 2, and a bottom holding member 5 holding the bottom of the beverage container 2 are arranged on the top and the bottom at a required interval. A tubular elastic member 16 having a necking 15 contactable on an outer periphery of the beverage container 2 is interposed between the surface container 2 and the bottom holding member 5, and a throttling direction energizing member 21 energizing the necking 15 in a throttling direction is mounted on the outer periphery of the tubular elastic member 16.
