Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing amount, to improve recognition accuracy and to reduce a registered information amount in order to improve an image analysis and recognition performance. SOLUTION: A binary image is regarded as an aggregate of pixel sets, whether a target pixel type exists in each pixel set is checked about an X coordinate of a representative pixel of each pixel set on each Y coordinate, and only when the target pixel type exists, the binary image is stored by the X coordinate of the representative pixel, a partition bit as to whether the representative pixel is a black pixel or a white pixel, a partition bit of a black pixel and a white pixel in each pixel of a non-representative pixel and type data of a partial pixel set.
