Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an entity model of a human body diseased part in which the use amount of an expensive photosetting resin is decreased by using only for producing a molding die, and flexibility in adjusting physical properties is increased corresponding to a real diseased part. SOLUTION: The method includes steps of: subjecting a damaged human hard tissue to MRI or CT scanning to obtain a large number of two-dimensional tomographic image data all over the hard tissue; irradiating a liquid photosetting resin with active rays in a zone of a predetermined width including a contour of each two-dimensional tomographic image based on the obtained image data so as to form a cured body having an inner face corresponding to the contour form of each two-dimensional tomographic image; successively stacking each cured body thus obtained to produce a molding die made of the cured photosetting resin having inner walls corresponding to the contour form of the hard tissue; pouring a fluid molding material which can be solidified into the molding die; solidifying the molding material; and releasing the solidified molded product from the die.
